Temecula Valley Fall Vendor Event:
Wednesday, September 25, 2019, from 10 am to 2 pm
Pins 'N Pockets Banquet Hall, 32250 Mission Trail, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.

A photographer will be onsite for your Back to School school pictures! Educational funds cannot be used for photos. The photographer will have order forms at the event. No RSVP needed for the photographer; pictures are first come, first serve.

Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many of our wonderful families will be in attendance! We can't wait to see you!

The picture days at the Vendor Events are first-come, first-serve. The photographers will be there during the entire event. There's no RSVP for the photographer.

Our fantastic Community Connections Coordinators host all the other picture days! These events all have RSVPs linked through Inspiration Station. Some are still in the planning stages. Our team wanted to share with you all the dates. As soon as there is an RSVP - that will be linked and you can RSVP.

Hello, Inspire Families!

Thank you for your remarkable patience while we worked through the implementation challenges with our Online Subscription Package (OSP) this year. We are truly sorry for the delay of several subscriptions as well as the frustrations those delays have caused you and your students.

The good news is that all of the subscriptions are working; hooray! For those who requested TutorMe, the subscription will be available on Monday, 9/16. We will send an email with login instructions (please be sure to check your spam folder).

Unfortunately, some of our families are still experiencing difficulties accessing their subscriptions or need a little assistance in understanding how Clever works.

We're here to help!

Although we are working diligently to answer the backlog of thousands of emails, a video explanation or demonstration is oftentimes far more helpful. Therefore, we are hosting office hours for both teachers and families to provide live support and help answer questions, concerns, troubleshoot, and much more!

Again, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need help, we look forward to having you join us in our office hours!

EXCITING OSP NEWS!

The OSP Portal is now available in the EOS!

* All students who opt-in to the OSP will receive 5 subscriptions (this includes students who sign up for a vendor package)

* Over 25 subscriptions to choose from

* Newly added subscriptions: GradeSlam (online tutoring vendor) and Minecraft Education Edition

* OSP A La Carte - families may purchase individual subscriptions for a discounted price (a la carte pricing is only available within the OSP Portal)

* Families may opt-in at any time (there is NO deadline for opting in this year)

* Subscriptions began processing on 8/15 for those who opted-in early -- just in time for the start of the school year!

* Opt-in/out instructions, as well as OSP A La Carte instructions, are available on our OSP Handbook

* Instructional video coming soon!

NOTE: We are aware of a few hiccups with the launch of the OSP Portal; we're sorry for any frustrations this may have caused our families. We are working quickly to get those issues fixed ASAP!
