I KNOW THAT IT'S BORING, BUT YOU HAVE TO READ THE LABELLSS
You know, this is weird I mean labels are normally bad and evil and you shouldn't listen to them but then they are just like WAIT! NO! READ THE LABEELLSS and so it's super confusing but anyways, in all seriousness you do need this particular label; the food packaging label that you have probably only read when you were like super bored. The one that says NUTRITION FACTS on the top like it's the most important thing in the world.
Did you know?
- If you eat more calories than you burn off, you gain weight
- The label is on every food package EVER
- you should only eat about 100 calories per serving
- 400 calories per serving is really high you probably shouldn't do that.
