Austin ISD's 5 Book Dive!
Dr. Cruz has partnered with AISD Librarians for the 5 Book Dive this summer! The challenge is simple:
- Grab the 5 Book Dive bookmark from your report card folder
- Read 5 books of your choosing during the summer and record the titles on the back of the bookmark.
- Have an adult sign the bottom!
- Keep the bookmark in a safe place to share with your librarian (Mrs. Sharp, if you're back at Zilker) in the Fall!

Summer Reading Program
APL's Summer Reading Program kicks off the first week of June and is packed full of activities, events and READING! Their reading program is simple- read, read and read some more and turn in your reading log to any location in July AND August for a free book to keep.
