Cap and Gown Ordering Information
Below is the ordering link for your cap and gown. Please know this information has been going home since the first week of the school year. For those who have ordered, Jostens is delivering caps and gowns at CTHS in April.
If you have not ordered your cap and gown, you must do so immediately. Orders placed after April are not guarenteed to arrive in time for graduation.

Prom Information
We are excited to host the 8th annual CTHS Senior Prom on May 14, 2022 at AT&T Stadium.
As with every Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD school event, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all students and attendees. Thus, all EMSISD Board Policies and the Student Code of Conduct shall be strictly enforced, including but not limited to, the prohibition against the possession or consumption of alcohol or drugs.
For all students attending Prom, mature and responsible behavior is mandatory. Please note that, depending on the nature of EMSISD Board Policy or Student Code of Conduct violations, consequences may include expulsion, placement in a disciplinary alternative education setting (DAEP), and/or removal from participation in extracurricular and school-sponsored activities, such as graduation.
If your child plans to attend the Chisholm Trail Prom, we ask that both you and your child sign the form below to indicate your understanding of this protocol as well as your commitment to comply with EMSISD Board Policy and the Student Code of Conduct, including prohibition against the possession or consumption of alcohol or drugs, in order to help ensure that this special event will be a safe and enjoyable experience for all students and attendees. Please note that your child’s guest must also comply with these rules.
Students arriving after 8 p.m. will not be admitted.
Prom Permission Form - Please give to your Government or Economics teacher by Friday, May 6th.
Out of School Guest Form - Mrs. Sanchez in the AP House, guests who show up at prom with out having already completed the form, will not be allowed entry and refunds will not be given.
Purchase Prom Tickets Online - Only students actively enrolled at CTHS on the day of prom, should purchase tickets (or a parent can purchase for them). Prices increas to $90 per ticket on April 9, 2022.
Prom Resource
We’re All About the Dress offers dresses, shoes, jewelry and (new) make-up for one small donation of $25 (and you can get a second dress for an additional $10). They are at 6242 Rufe Snow Dr., NRH, TX, 817-412-0727. Open Thur 12-6 & Fri/Sat 12-5. They have a HUGE selection of dresses currently. Bring your school ID!
Senior Walk Information
The tradition continues! Senior walks will be taking place on Thursday, May 19th for all active CTHS Senior Rangers. Seniors will need to fill out this form and submit in order to participate in this senior activity. All seniors participating will meet at the CTHS Courtyard at 8:30am to load buses to drive to elementary schools and middle schools that are in our feeder pattern. We will return to CTHS campus for the remainder of the school day at the conclusion of the senior walks.
Seniors will dress in their graduation cap & gown for Senior walks, so please come dressed and ready (school appropriate clothing underneath regalia) when you load the bus. Walks will occur at all elementary schools in our feeder pattern {Saginaw, Remington Point, Greenfield, Parkview & Dozier} and middle schools in our feeder pattern {Willkie, Creekview & Marine Creek}. What a great way for our Seniors to celebrate the end of their journey here in EMSISD!

Cap Decorations
- Decorations added to the graduation cap must be limited to the top of the cap, lay flat, and must be one inch away from the edge.
- All messages should be positive, of gratitude only, and follow FNAA (LOCAL).
- Images of colleges, trades, or military branches are allowable within limitations stated above.
- Dedication to family, teachers, or friends is allowable within limitation stated above.
- Only caps meeting the guidelines will be allowed at graduation commencement.
- Decorated caps may only be worn at commencement. Activities where regalia is worn prior to commencement must be worn with a nondecorated cap (class picture, elementary walks, individual/group senior pictures, etc.)
- Caps that do not meet the requirements above will be replaced by a cap provided by campus administration.
Graduation Rehearsal
5/27 Senior Class Graduation Practice
- We will be having a graduation rehearsal, with our senior class on 5/27!
- Students, please to report to the main competition gym at 9:05 on 5/27.
- Yes, you will need your cap and gown.
State Required CPR Training
CPR Verification will be held on 5/27 at 9:05 in the main gym on campus. We will complete this process after graduation practice.
Graduation
Where: Dickies Arena
- 1911 Montgomery St., Fort Worth, TX 76107
- Students will enter the Trail Drive entry point at 3:30 p.m.
- Students should park in the yellow lot as it is closest to the designated entrance.
- There is a parking garage and it will cost to park
- There is not a guest limit per graduate
- Graduation is a free event for families
- The only reserved seating is for families of our Top Ten Graduates, all other seating is on a first come first serve basis. Families will be allowed to enter at 4:00 p.m.
When: May 28, 2022 at 5:00 pm
- All Graduates will need to arrive for check in at 3:30 p.m.
Dress Code
Girls:
Our female graduates are required to wear a dress (no strapless or backless) or dark dress pants and dark shoes under CTHS purple robe. Blue jeans are not acceptable for this formal ceremony. Block heels, wedges and flats are all recommended. No flip-flops, slippers, or sneakers will be allowed.
Boys:
Our male graduates are required to wear black or very dark slacks with dark shoes/dark dress boots under CTHS purple robe. Long sleeve dress shirts with ties are traditionally worn. Blue jeans are not acceptable or this formal ceremony.
All shoes must be dark in color (Navy, black, brown.) No flip-flops, slippers or sneakers.
Please note, there is a check-in process at graduation for dress code to ensure that these guidelines are followed.
Please do not bring the following items to graduation:
- NO Air Horns, Fatheads, large signs, etcetera
- NO beach balls, streamers, poppers etcetera
Graduation Ceremony
Should a student make an error in judgement while walking across the stage at graduation, the student will be escorted from the stage and removed for the remainder of the ceremony. The student's diploma will be held until a meeting can be schedule with Dr. McCowan.
Graduation Pictures
- A professional portrait will be made of each graduate holding his/her diploma and cover. The photography company, Cady Studios, will email parents with a photo proof and order form. All purchases will be handled directly with Cady.
