U of A is best known for its Razorbacks football team (celebrated throughout the state) but also have men and women's basketball, golf, track&field, cross country, baseball, softball, etc.

There are 380 registered student organizations on campus ranging from religious groups to community service ("Hogs Helping the Homeless" is one), and other leisure clubs - there's one biking club that bikes all the trails around campus and through Fayettville.
