Holly Jolly Christmas Boutique Seeks Vendors

Vendors are needed for the Holly Jolly Christmas Boutique that is scheduled for Friday, November 8 from 10:00 am-6:00 pm and Saturday, November 9 from 10:00 am-4:00 pm at The Grange (3692 Meadows Blvd., Castle Rock, CO). Vendor set up will be on Thursday, November 7 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm. This event will be an opportunity for a variety of artists, crafters, and home-based businesses to sell their merchandise in a boutique environment. Jewelry, craft items, accessories, home decor, seasonal items, and more are welcome!


Rental Fee: $75 for 8’ x 8’ (approximate) space for Meadows residents $95 a space for non-residents or commercial companies. Tables and chairs are not included in the rental fee. 8’ tables are available for rent at $10 each. Chairs are $5 each. To guarantee availability the day of the show, all tables and chairs must be rented in advance. Electricity is limited and is $30 if available.


Vendors will be selected based on variety, originality, and quality of product. Measures will be taken to ensure merchandise is not duplicated among multiple vendors. Vendors will need to provide their own grids, shelving, or other display items. No canopies or pop-ups will be allowed. Vendors must staff their booth during all hours of the event on Friday and Saturday.

Vendor Application

The vendor application deadline is Friday, September 20 at 5:00 pm. Applications can be emailed to mgigax@meadowslink.com or dropped off at The Grange or Taft House. Vendors will be notified if they were selected by Friday, September 27. Please call 303-468-5212 for any additional information.
