Interviewee- Marina Arenas (Friends Mom) Age 49

Questions: What are your three most cherished possessions and why?

When asked what her 3 most cherished possessions were, Marina responded with a pearl necklace given to her by her deceased grandma, the engagement ring given to her by her husband, and a dress given to her by her best friend. She cherishes these possessions the most because they were given to her by people she loves.

When you were in HS, how important was it to have brand name clothing?

When I was in HS, it wasn't very important to have brand name stuff, but if you did, people thought you were cool, and some even looked up to you.

Individual Responses :)

What are your three most cherished possessions? If you had to leave your home and could only take three items to remember your past, what would they be? What would you mourn the loss of? (think material!)

My top three most cherished material possessions are: my phone, my favorite book, and Jesus sandals. If I had to leave home forever, I would take these three items because they all remind me of home. My sandals are comfortable, like my bed, my phone has photos and a lot of memories along with it, and my favorite book that talks about friends and family. If I had to leave home forever, I would take these three items because they would help keep me warm with thoughts of the past.
