Runyan Mission
Our Mission: Something to ponder...
- What thought / feeling do I want to leave my students with this year? How can I communicate that remotely, yet in a way that will be remembered?
It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect it's successful outcome. ~William James

TEA Crisis Codes for ALL Students
Exchange Day -- MUST ACKNOWLEDGE BEFORE MAY 29
- Acknowledge your understanding by following the directions included within the district email. Your acknowledgement is required for participation. Failure to acknowledge will mean you intend to work a typical workday on August 4th.
- Begin completing your Safe Schools coursework. To be eligible for the Exchange Day, you must complete 100% of your coursework by 12:00PM on August 3rd. Jewel and I will check completion at that time and notify those who need to report to work on August 4th.
Note: The district usually adds courses throughout the Summer. If you complete all your coursework early, be sure to check back just before the deadline to make sure something wasn't added after you thought you were through. Even things added late must be completed by the deadline in order to qualify for the Exchange Day.

New employees are being processed. First onboarding meeting on May 19th.

Reflect on what systems would have been good to have in place before we closed – communication systems, instructional systems, etc. Learn from this experience and put things in place in case happens again.
