- How to preserve a variety of different crops
- Methods include; canning, freezing, dehydrating, pickling, root cellaring
- Which methods work for which crops
- Equipment needed and how to use them
Included in this session: Reference sheet - demo on vacuuming sealing a bag manually - Packets of pectin-- recipes for sauerkraut, fridge pickles and blanching times for freezing veggies.
$30 per session; $150 for the series.
