Health

To ensure that I have the best health every day, I will be sure to not keep my feelings and emotions bottled up inside me. Instead, I will tell someone that I trust about what I'm feeling. Also, I will not expect to become sick, as the thought alone could make me sick. If I do become sick, I will remain positive and not expect to remain sick.

Pain

I have suffered pain in the past. I expect to suffer pain in my future. I will react to the pain by taking that as a sign that something that I'm doing needs to be changed for my own well being. What I will gain from that pain is a better life because I'm not doing something that causes me pain.

Environment. I am who I am because of my surroundings.

I want to be successful in life, no matter what I decide to do. So, I need to surround myself with positive people who believe in me. They will influence me to believe in myself and inspire me to achieve my goals.
