•Influenza A is a virus.
•RNA is a disease caused by Influenza A.
•About 35,000 people die of flu each year in the United States.
•Most common people to get it are he elderly, the young, especially babies under 6 months old who can not be vaccinated, and those with underlying medical problems.
•Treatments: Mild over-the-counter pain relievers and fever reducers (such as acetaminophen or Tylenol, and ibuprofen or Advil), can help relieve fever and muscle aches.
•It infects the respiratory system, meaning your nose, throat, bronchial tubes, and lungs.


  • Fever that comes on suddenly (usually above 101 ° Fahrenheit)
  • Chills and sweats
  • Headache
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Fatigue
  • Dry cough
  • Sore throat
  • Sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose
