It Consists of four stages which are

doing something to gain experience
2.Reflective Observation
Thinking about it
3.Abstract Conceptualisation
Concluding
4.Active Experimentation

How It Applies To The Presentation
Researching for my information did not really help me,but when presenting about the legislation helped me understand more.This linked with the kolb theory because
stage 1:the presentation helps be more confident
stage 2:Thinking about the feedback helps me understand what l need to work on
stage 3 and stage 4:deciding to make good use of the information negative or positive helps me improve my skills.
