Technology Tools in the Spotlight!
Blackboard- Glossary
Give your students a custom glossary in your Blackboard course. Every course can have a personalized glossary of terms defined by what you want your students to know. Each entry consists of a term and a definition. If you have a large glossary, you can upload the file to your BB course space using a .txt file. Learn more at http://tinyurl.com/pyvc3vu
Penzu
Penzu allows your students and yourself to create personal reflective journals that are 100% private by default. Penzu is available everywhere and even reminds you via a text or email that you haven’t written in your journal. It is customizable, and you can easily search your entries. Learn more and create your free journal at https://penzu.com/
Wordpress
Wordpress is a great free tool for creating a website or blog that you or your students can use in and out of the classroom. It is easy to use, has great design options, support and is mobile ready. Students can create visually engaging blogs, build a portfolio that highlights their achievements and so much more. Learn more at https://wordpress.com/create/
