- 7:15 am Leo Club meeting in Mrs Bee’s room, to organize supplies for the Colonel closet: Leo Club is still looking for donations for the Colonel closet…hangers, portable/rolling closets, storage boxes, etc. Donations can be dropped off to Mrs Bee in the office.

Graduation Spotlight Class of 2023
ALL SENIOR OBLIGATIONS MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN THE GRADUATION REHEARSAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, AS PER CCPS POLICY. SENIORS MUST BE ON TRACK TO GRADUATE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.

May 30 - Graduation Rehearsal 8:30AM - 2:30PM

3 pm Graduates visit PES and FES in regalia - MUST SIGN UP TO ATTEND
May 31 - Graduation Ceremony 6PM - this is a ticketed event - ALL people attending need a ticket, regardless of age
Seniors should gather in cafeteria by 5:15pm: bring cap/gown/white stole/tassel/all cords you have received
Red ties and flowers will be distributed
Doors open to public at 5pm
Senior Slideshow shows at 5:30pm
Ceremony begins at 6pm

Medication Pick Up
It is the end of the school year and all medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian by June 9, 2023. Students are not allowed to carry medication on the bus. Medication that is not picked up by June 9, 2023 will be discarded.
Reminder: New medication administration forms must be completed by a physician and have the parent consent each new school year for both prescription and over the counter medication. Your physician should have the required forms or you may obtain them from the school.

All summer Camps being run by Caroline County Recreation and Parks and Caroline County Public Schools will be free meal sites. No application is needed.

Other free meal sites for children 18 and under in Caroline County will be open from June 26 through August 17, 2023.
