It has also been nice to see so many of you at our Registration Days! I'm very much looking forward to seeing you all at upcoming events including our Open House Nights and our First Annual Boone International Potluck Night. Please be sure to check out the calendar below and save the dates.
See you all soon!
Welcome Mr. Jose Moreno, Boone's New Assistant Principal!
Dear Boone Students, Parents & Community Members,
It is my pleasure to formally introduce myself. My name is Jose Moreno. I am the new Assistant Principal here at Boone. I am also an immigrant, a product of CPS, a teacher and an instructional coach at CPS for the last 13 years. I am also father to a beautiful young lady who attends the Chicago Public Schools.
I am very happy to be here at Boone. I am looking forward to meeting all the children and being involved in collaborative and innovative ways by which to challenge and move them forward. I know that together, we can and will write remarkable narratives for each of our children.
Thank you, Jose Moreno
