Yosemite National Park
Redwood National Park
People visit this national park because of the huge redwood trees. Some trees (like the one pictured above) are so big you can drive your car through it. The redwood trees are the tallest trees on the Earth. People also come to see unique flora and fauna located in this park.
Grand Canyon National Park
Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone is surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. It also has a petrified forest (a forest that has been turned into mineral materials). There are about 290 waterfalls. Old Faithful (pictured above) is one of the most favorite geysers in the park. Yellowstone is home to bear, bison, moose, mountain lions, wolves, and many more animals.
The rarest animals that you might see are the wolverine and the lynx.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Everglades National Park
bottle-nosed dolphins. Many things are available to get you around. You can go in an airboat, canoe, or just walk. Also, you can camp in this national park.
The park first became a national park on December 6th, 1947. Ernest F. Coe and Marjory Stoneman Douglas helped establish the park.
