What's the Buzz?!?
March 13, 2016
In the spirit of recognizing people, I would like to take a moment to recognize Laurie Palmer. Her student, James Meyer, has been sick and out of school for over a week. She has taken it upon herself to tutor him at his home well after school has ended, and even on the weekends. This type of dedication to our students is what makes St. Francis de Sales a special place to be. Laurie, and each of you, wears your love for our students on your sleeve (so to speak:) ) and I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this team.
I would also like to take a moment to thank Denny Ott for all he does for the school. He has so much on his plate, and even though it is not immediate, he always seems to get to everything. This past week he volunteered to make popcorn for the kids for the play performance on Friday just because he likes to do it and it makes the kids happy. Thanks, Denny, for always taking care of us!
This week, I encourage you to look around you and thank one person who has made your day in one way or another. Recognize the little things that make your life great each day! Have an AWESOME week!

This last one is not related to technology at all, but I thought it was a cute way to display student work.
