COVID Reminder:
Vicki Miller is our site COVID coordinator. Please contact her at vmiller@bromleyeastcs.org with any COVID-related questions.
Over the break, if your child had COVID you need to report that to Vicki Miller
When you report a POSITIVE Covid test result you still need to fill out the health screener and send in a copy of the test result to VMiller@Bromleyeastcs.org
If your child shows signs of illness, please keep them home and complete the Health Screen. You do NOT need to call the attendance line to excuse your child.
If you have good reason to believe your child has been exposed and you have them tested, please send in those test results, either positive or negative, to Vicki Miller (vmiller@bromleyeastcs.org).
Having your child’s vaccination card on file speeds up the process should your child have a COVID exposure or become positive. Please be prepared to share a copy of your child’s vaccination card upon request.
Grades:
Parents/guardians of a student with an IEP, your student’s IEP progress report is available to you via the IC Parent Portal. You should have received a letter from your student’s IEP Case Manager regarding how to access your student’s IEP via the IC Parent Portal in the fall. If you did not receive this letter or would like another copy, please reach out to your student’s IEP Case Manager, or contact Mary Gomez, Special Education Administrator, at mgomez@bromleyeastcs.org for an electronic copy.
Immunizations
We know you’re thinking of all the things you need to do to make sure your student is ready for school next year. Getting vaccinated is an important part of their school readiness and keeps children from catching and spreading diseases that can make them sick and potentially disrupt in-person learning. We wish you and your student a healthy school year! Below are the required and recommended vaccines.
