Thank You to our Community

The loss of a student can never be an easy process. We would like to thank the students, teachers, staff, and all members of the Scituate High School family for their overwhelming support during this trying time. Although this tragedy has certainly impacted all of us in some way, it is important to know that so many people care about the students and each-other here at Scituate High School. We will continue to allow students to utilize the school counselors at any point during the day to speak or to have a quiet space. Please continue to talk with your teenager about this situation and monitor their state of mind.

Services will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM

From Social Studies

Drs. Filippelli and Sollitto were guest lecturers in Mrs. Grundt's Advanced Placement Government and Politics class. They explained educational funding; specifically how the Federal, State and Local governments work together. The students had great questions and it was fun to see the superintendents getting back in touch with their roots as social studies educators!
