Film Production Designer


Job Description

Looking for an experienced and dynamic Film Production Designer who gets along well with a variety of people and can collaborate with the director and director of photography to establish the visual feel and specific aesthetic needs of the project. The production designer will guide key staff in other departments such as the costume designer, the key hair and make-up stylists, the special effects director and the locations manager (among others) to establish a unified visual appearance to the film.

Experience & Education

At least four years of experience working the art department of small and large production films. Ideally, two or more years working as a Production Designer and overseeing a large art department. Degree in architecture, interior architecture, design, entertainment design, etc. a major plus.

Salary & Location

$80K - $120K per year. On site in Los Angeles, California. Travel required.
