Class Description
This year we will instruct our winter STEM class through interactive learn through play modules. Our students will be exploring and discovering the world of computers in a positive and real-world model. The students will be taking apart old technological devices and identifying the parts of the computer. We will be learning about what a computer is and how they impact our world. Our world is increasingly built on software and we need more diversity in the people building it. With a focus on promoting 21st century skills like communication, critical-thinking and problem solving, our students will be thinking, connecting ideas, sharing with classmates the amazing information all about technology and computers!!

Dates: Thursdays 3:05-4:00 PM
Duration: 6 weeks
Location: CS Library
Enrollment: Students in Grades 2-3
Specific Dates include:

Thursday, February 7th
Enrollment will be randomly selected from the students/families who complete the google form. Deadline for application is Tuesday, December 18th @ 8:00 P.M.
