What's Going On?
This half day session is intended to support teachers and school leaders with their work regarding the digital direction taking place in schools across the province. It will assist educators in their efforts to build practices and structures that immediately support work in their schools and enable 21C learning environments to succeed.
A Brief History...
For over four decades, TVO has empowered Ontarians through educational media. Evolved from a single TV station to a fully digital media organization for the 21st century, today TVO is uniquely positioned to support students and teachers in the development of 21st Century Skills through the creation and curation of effective and trusted educational digital learning resources and online programs.

TeachOntario was created by TVO, in partnership with the Ontario Teachers' Federation (OTF), its Affiliates and the Ministry of Education (EDU), and in consultation with teachers from a variety of districts across the province.

Homework Help
TVO's Independent Learning Centre is pleased to partner with the Ontario Ministry of Education to bring Homework Help to Ontario students. This site focuses on math help for students in Grades 7, 8, 9 and 10. Students have access to both guided and independent learning in a unique environment that combines technology and personal interaction. Key areas of the site include Ask A Tutor Chat Rooms, Listen & Learn presentations with certified teachers, Interactive Tutorials, and Best Sessions.
