LADDER Learning Cohort
The group, called LADDER, is looking for teachers who are passionate risk-takers, have a growth mindset, and are positive, fun, team-oriented and respected by their peers.

Those interested in becoming part of the LADDER cohort are encouraged to apply April 18-May 3. Applications will require short answer response, administrator recommendation, and a peer recommendation. Interviews will be held May 6-17 on home campuses. Cohort members for the 2019-20 school year will be announced the week of May 20.

Session 10: Arts Integration and Collaboration in Elementary (Learn how the arts can be integrated in the general ed classroom and how co-curr can reinforce general ed concepts.)
Session 11: Social Emotional Learning (Learn to incorporate the tools of yoga and mindfulness to create a classroom of calm and confident students.)
Session 12: Protecting your Voice (Ever loose you voice after teaching all day? Learn techniques to protect your teaching voice while strengthening it.)
Session 15: Student Success and Staff Alignment in YOUR Feeder Pattern (FOR THE GENERAL ED TEACHER- This session will present ideas and strategies for working together as a unified team on the same and/or different campuses.)
Session 18: Tips from a Google Goddess (tips, tricks,and organizational tools)
