School menu changes
The District has been experiencing the same supply chain issues that other school meal programs, restaurants and grocery stores have experienced throughout the pandemic. Due to these disruptions, schools may have to make some last-minute changes to our regular menus based on availability of certain items. Please know that we are still committed to ensuring students have access to healthy meals each school day. Thank you for your patience as we sort through these supply chain issues.

Chaperones needed for ski and snowboard club
Community Education is looking for volunteer chaperones for its after school ski and snowboard program. Chaperones help take attendance and maintain order on buses, among other responsibilities. Chaperones will receive a free lift ticket, rental equipment and lesson each night. It is preferred that chaperones commit for all eight weeks of the program. As with all school volunteers, a routine background check will be required.
Contact the ski supervisor at your child’s school for information. Skiing/snowboarding is not required. Learn more about the program here.
Apply for educational benefits
This school year, meals are free for all students thanks to federal funding. No application is necessary to receive free meals. But there are other reasons you should fill out the Application for Educational Benefits. Complete the form and you could get reduced rates on fees for school activities, home internet, academic tests, transportation and college applications. In some cases, these services could be free.
