**Step 2**: Change the Division sign to a Multiplication sign

**Step 3**: Flip the the second fraction or find the reciprocal of the second fraction

Step 2: Multiply

Step 3: If you moved the decimal points out, then add the two numbers that had numbers after there decimal points to find how many spaces to put on the answer.

Step 4: Simplify if needed

Step 3: After you have your answer, move the decimal back however times the numbers after each numbers decimal point. Add them together and that's how many times you skip to put the decimal point in your answer.
