Step 1: Keep the first fraction the same
Step 2: Change the Division sign to a Multiplication sign
Step 3: Flip the the second fraction or find the reciprocal of the second fraction

Step 1: Move the decimal point however spaces to the end of the number (optional)
Step 2: Multiply
Step 3: If you moved the decimal points out, then add the two numbers that had numbers after there decimal points to find how many spaces to put on the answer.
Step 4: Simplify if needed

Step 1: Move the decimal point however times you need for the outside number. Move the decimal point the same distance as the outside number but do it in the inside number.
Step 2: Divide
Step 3: After you have your answer, move the decimal back however times the numbers after each numbers decimal point. Add them together and that's how many times you skip to put the decimal point in your answer.
