How to solve budget deficit.

First implement a 14.5% flat tax rate, eliminate the 70,000 page tax code, and abolish the IRS. Then you must Audit the Fed and adjust its leadership.

After those crucial steps, you cut wasteful government spending. You cut every department and program by 1%. You drastically reduce the size of the EPA to be more efficient and less of a strong arm on cheap energy. You abolish the Department of Education and reinstate more power to the states. Finally, you stop sending money to countries that hate us as well as we stop arming our enemies and allies our enemies. This will eventually produce a surplus within the government and spur major economic activity.
