Brenham ISD is hiring! Join our team of incredible educators!
Brenham ISD is hiring bus drivers. If you have your CDL (or are willing to get one!) and would like to serve the students in our community, contact Omiyon Toran at 979-277-0090. The transportation industry is experiencing a shortage of drivers across the country and we are feeling the impact here as well. Durham Transportation has a variety of AM, PM, and in-town routes to accommodate busy schedules. You can even sign on as a substitute only! We need YOU! Join our transportation team and make a difference!
The Brenham ISD Child Nutrition Department is also hiring! Join our team today and enjoy serving students in the first public school district in Texas! Excellent work schedule, family atmosphere, multiple locations available. Click here to apply!

Did you catch our student takeovers on Instagram?
In partnership with developing student leaders at Brenham High School, the Brenham ISD communications department is showcasing our unique student talents and voices with student takeovers on Instagram Stories. On Wednesday, October 23, Brenham FFA president and BHS senior Katie Perkins took us behind-the-scenes of the 2019 Washington County Weld-Off at the A.W. Hodde, Jr. Technical Education Center. On Friday, November 1, BHS student athletic trainer and BHS senior Ashley Ramsey gave us a sneak peek of the BHS student athletic training team on the sidelines at Cub Stadium.
Click here to check out our Instagram account (no account necessary!) or follow us so you don't miss out on future student takeovers showcasing the learning that happens outside of our Brenham ISD classrooms!

Our Big Idea this month is honor!
Honor is letting someone know you see how valuable they really are. What are some ways you show honor to people in your life? This month, we will think about teachers, family members, friends, community members and leaders and how we can show them that they are important to us.
