See How Our New Dance Curriculum Teaches Valuable Life Skills
According to Harvard Medical School, "music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits,” a complex mental coordination associated with dance. It’s no wonder dance positively affects the brain, and St. Louis Catholic is proud to have offered beginner, intermediate and advanced dance classes for the first time in fall 2019!
Click to watch our students in action, and see how they're learning not just dance genres, but life skills on the dance floor!
