Dear D91 Parents,

It is incredible to believe that May is already here! Throughout the month of May, your child will be engaging in activities that help them to apply all the learning they have worked so hard to acquire this year. We hope you join us in celebrating their growth and development. Thank you for your partnership and support throughout the school year, it has made all the difference. We are honored to work with you and your students.

23-24 Registration Information

Returning student registration for the 2023-2024 school year opens on May 1st!! Check out the registration tab on our website for complete information.

This year, registering your child will be easier than ever. Residency compliance will be accomplished with a technology tool this year; only families that are unverified or those living with a district resident will be required to submit proof of residency. This means that MOST returning D91 families WILL NOT need to provide residency documents.

All families will need their Infinite Campus username and login information in order to access the online registration tool. Simply log in, access the menu in the upper left, click more, and select ONLINE ENROLLMENT. Parents/guardians that did not create an account when they initially enrolled their child(ren) will receive an email on May 1st at 10 am containing a code to set up an account. Parents/guardians that created an account, but cannot locate their username and/or password are asked to visit the Infinite Campus website and request the username and/or password: https://lockportil.infinitecampus.org/campus/lockport.jsp

Our registrar, Mrs. Dragosh can assist families that are still having difficulty after trying these self-help strategies. On May 31st, the district will offer an in-person opportunity to finalize registrations; families can walk in at KG door 4 between 3:30-6pm to use a device, drop off documents, etc. Please contact cdragosh@d91.net for more information.

Families returning to District 91 in the fall are strongly encouraged to complete their registration as soon as possible! Doing so helps us to plan class sizes and so much more. Please note that fees must be paid by June 1st in order to qualify for the early bird rate; however, families can pay fees, request a waiver, or initiate a payment plan. Fees do not need to be paid in full for a registration to be considered complete.

Notes From the Nurse

Summer is around the corner! Summer is a great time to obtain the required health information for your child for the ’23-'24 school year. Please turn in all health paperwork by early August to stay ahead of the next school year! For complete medical documentation information, please visit Step 4 of the registration process: http://www.d91.net/step-4.html

Here is a summary:

Kindergarten—Physical with up-to-date immunizations, eye exam, dental exam

Second Grade—Dental exam

New/Transfer students—Physical with up-to-date immunizations, eye exam, dental exam

EL students—Physical with up-to-date immunizations

Any student’s health record that is missing information may be excluded from school starting Oct. 15, 2023, or may have their report card held until required health exams are provided.

When registering your child, please make sure to list all health conditions and medications. This information is essential to serving your child in the health office next school year.

Have a healthy, safe, and fun summer!
