College and Financial Aid Help

Starting this Wednesday, the counselors will be offering weekly college and financial aid help on Wednesdays during lunch. Students can drop by and ask questions, get their applications reviewed, etc. We will also be kicking off Workshop Wednesdays this week. Every Wednesday during 6th and 7th period, we will offer a workshop to help students with their college applications or career preparation. This week's topic is the UC Application. We will walk through the application, provide tips, and help them navigate elements they commonly struggle with. Since we are offering opportunities during both 6th and 7th period, students should attend after they are out of school. We would love your support in encouraging seniors to attend!

College & Career Rep Visits

Each year, we invite representatives from college and career technical schools around the country to visit and share information about their schools and programs. All grade levels are welcome to attend and we encourage you to explore the many different options available to you. This is a great way to connect with your schools of interest and speak directly with a representative!

Our current upcoming visits:

University of Southern California (USC): October 3rd

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute: October 3rd

Sonoma State University: October 3rd

San Diego State University: October 4th

University of San Francisco: October 4th

University of Tampa: October 5th

Boston University: October 6th

Binghamton University (NY): October 6th

Click the links above to learn more about each visit and to sign-up. If the visit is in person and on campus you will receive a pass to attend. Keep an eye on our College and Career Rep Visits page on the Counseling website for new updates and opportunities! Many more to come!
