Vision, Values, and Mission- Steering pieces for our school
Points to Ponder as we move forward in 2018.
What is a Vision Statement?
A one-sentence statement describing the clear and inspirational long-term desired change resulting from an organization or program's work.
What are Core Values in relation to the vision?
Core values are traits or qualities that you consider not just worthwhile, they represent an individual's or an organization's highest priorities, deeply held beliefs, and core, fundamental driving forces. They are the heart of what your organization and its employees stand for in the world.
What is the Mission Statement?
A mission statement is a brief description of a company's fundamental purpose. It answers the question, "Why does our business exist?" The mission statement articulates the company's purpose both for those in the organization and for the public.
Each element reveals the of an organization. Chandler Creek has the opportunity to revisit and define who we are as a school. We must determine, as a community, the how, who and what or our organization as we look ahead.
This is an exciting time for us to renew, revisit, and redefine the future of our school.
