Meal plans allow you to eat whatever you want and still remain healthy. All you have to do, is know how to count the calories and you will be watching the weight fall off. They say that if you do everything correctly you can loose up to 10 lbs every month.

What you can not eat...

You can eat pretty much anything, but should avoid white sugars, white rice, white bread, white potatoes and pasta made with white flour.


People are concerned that if what they are eating is even good for your health and if the small amounts they are eating will give them enough energy throughout the day. Well, what people may not know is Meal Plans allow you to eat correct amounts of food while eating healthy.

There are not too many side effects of a meal plan but it can cause some diabetes and possible kidney failure in the future if you eat it all day every day.
