Give a Little Club Food Drive
This Thanksgiving The Give A Little Club will be organizing a food drive (starting Nov. 12 to Nov. 22). The donations will be going to our local Asheboro Salvation Army and a family in our community. The cans and/or non-perishable food will be collected during the students' second block. The second block with the most collected food will be receiving a pizza party thanks to one of our donors. The pizza party will be the Wednesday after Thanksgiving break (Dec. 1st).
Any donations are welcomed and appreciated.
Thank you!
RECHS Guitar Club
Last week, the club completed a Kahoot to help students review parts of the guitar, chords, and tablature. Chord diagrams were drawn on the board to remind students how to play the chords. Then students gathered in a circle together and tried to play the chords drawn.
We are so proud of the guitar club leadership. As with most RECHS clubs, all activities are student-planned and student-led.

Yearbook Sponsored Holiday Spirit Week, December 6-10!
The Yearbook staff has decided to sponsor a . . . SPIRIT WEEK!!! The yearbook is all about you guys and how we live academically and non-academically. To represent some holidays that won't be in the yearbook due to timing and deadlines, we decided to make this spirit week holiday themed.
Monday is Valentines day, wear red and pink and go all out in love.
Tuesday is St. Patrick's Day, wear green or you'll be in for a surprise.
Wednesday is National Pencil Day, April Fools' haha. Wednesday is actually April Fools' day. Dress Wacky and pull some school appropriate pranks.
Thursday is Halloween, dress in your spookiest costume and be ready for a big scare.
Friday is Frosty Friday, we know everyone doesn't celebrate the same holidays so this is where you represent whatever wintery holiday you celebrate.
We can't wait to see you and your amazing outfits. Be ready to smile!
We appreciate your Participation,
RECHS Yearbook Staff 2021
