Lewis and Clark Parent Newsletter
Dec. 1, 2023
Student attendance at school is something that we continue to prioritize and value! Below reflects each month's attendance rates:
You can see that since August our attendance has declined. I'm hoping the December trend continues in the upward fashion! Great start so far!
This months attendance award was given to our 3rd graders (popcorn party) for having as 95% attendance rate. Please help us in making sure students are at school and learning! Thanks so much!

Please reach out to the classroom teacher if you have this need.
ECSE Community Friends
Fargo Public Schools' Early Childhood Special Education program is seeking Community Friends to join its preschool classrooms for the afternoon sessions. Community Friends are typically developing peers who will join the ECSE classrooms alongside the students with developmental delays or disabilities. Students must be 4 years old by July 31 and pass a developmental screening to be eligible for the program. The program is free of charge for families, but parents must provide transportation. The ECSE afternoon sessions are held from 12:10-2:40 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday through May 30. Click here to apply for the ECSE Community Friends program.
