TR News for the Week of March 11
Congratulations to our Trailridge Teacher of the Year, Jessica Wilhelm! She represents an incredible team of TR teachers.
DODGEBALL IS COMING! Complete the attached form below ASAP
Fourth Quarter Spoils of Success!
The TR teaching team wants to celebrate incredible work in the classroom and model behavior by our seventh and eighth graders. To do so:
The Eighth Grade is planning to attend Main Event in Olathe for an afternoon for lunch and a menu of activities to close out a successful Wildcat Run.
The Seventh Grade plans to find a mid day movie with a snack as a team to celebrate an incredible year on the Trail.
To Qualify, Wildcats need to exemplify the skills they have learned at TR:
- Take every effort to grow on their Spring MAP.
- No ISS or OSS (be in class and we know you will grow!)
- No D's or F's in classes (be in class! come get help at 8:05/3:45/Advisory, do your homework)
- No Missing Assignments
Teachers will be updating you on progress via Skyward and every two weeks beginning after Spring Break.
PTA Props!
Led by PTA, the TR community crushed some burritos at Chipotle on a recent Wildcat family night.
Upwards of $667.00 was raised to offset the student expenses to attend end of the year celebrations coming in May.
Take a look at the next Family Night set for Houlihan's on 95th Street! Join us on April 1. Please remember to mention Trailridge Middle School in SMSD to credit our end of the year celebrations!

Little celebrations...Sonics for all each month, popcorn Fridays, Site Council Shout Outs, quarterly treat days and data celebrations around increasing achievement scores and decreasing referrals are just a piece of what our Wildcat Social Committee provides.
