April Photo Contest #FutureME

Do you love capturing a moment through a photograph? They say a picture is worth a 1000 words for a reason! We want to see your point of view, through a picture! Got your sights on a career field? Maybe your dream is to be the first in your family to attend college! Show us what future you looks like through the power of a photo!

Submit a photograph you have taken relating to our monthly theme #FutureME for the chance to win an awesome prize! A winner in each grade range (K–2, 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12) will earn a prize!

The contest runs April 1, 2021 through April 30, 2021. Find full details and official contest rules, along with the entry form, at

Clubs have moved to Zoom!

Our club sessions have switched to Zoom, so club sessions no longer show up on students' schedules. We recommend signing up using a personal email address, as Zoom will not be able to send the invite to a school email address and the school’s security system will not let the email through.

After registering, you should receive a confirmation email from Zoom containing the session link to join as well as a calendar invite that you can add to your personal calendar that will send a reminder before the session.

Stride Nursing Club

Is your teen considering a career in the nursing field? The newly-formed Stride Nursing Club provides teens in grades 6-12 (and their teachers!) the virtual opportunity to learn about the many types of in-demand nursing positions that are available for individuals of all education levels. The club meets 1x per month and features an in-depth discussion with nurses from around the country as they share their career journeys. Just in case, your child can’t make the club event… all sessions are recorded and they can listen on their own schedule. Interesting in learning more? Click here. Registration is open now for the speaker sessions here both on-demand and live.

Get the Scoop on Potential Careers from Industry Experts

Stride K12 students in grades 7-12th have the opportunity to hear from speakers from a wide variety of industries share their personal career journeys and describe a typical day in their job in our Stride Industry Chats.

These free, virtual speaker sessions are an excellent chance for students to learn about potential careers they may be interested in. Students can submit questions during the live sessions or watch recordings of previous speakers. Visit the Stride Industry Chats registration page for a list of upcoming speakers and links to recordings of previous sessions.
