FUNDRAISER DELIVERY
Thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraiser, either from the brochure sales or giving a donation! We appreciate everyone's effort!
Items will be delivered to the school on:
Tuesday 3/19/19 for FCI - Enter Door #2
Wednesday 3/20/19 Fall Creek JH Enter Door #24
We will be able to tell students the number of boxes they can anticipate a few days before delivery. Your original order forms will be in one of your boxes. We will also include an instruction sheet. Most of the students will be able to take their items home with them on the bus. Some items will need to be placed in the refrigerator or freezer when they get home, so please plan accordingly, especially for our student's who sold a lot!
All money is to be turned back into school before Spring Break. ALL CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO FCJH please, even for students at FCI. We will run all monies through our treasurer at FCJH then transfer FCI profits after the sale. Since we spend the majority of our day at the junior high, including our prep, this helps with the administrative end of things.
Prizes will be passed out once your student's money has been completely turned in.

Concert starts at 7:00pm
ALL students should report to their designated area with their instruments and music for attendance by 6:30pm.

Free Admission!
HOW LONG?
The concert should last about an hour and fifteen minutes.
CONCERT DRESS POLICY
When giving a performance, we are striving to look and sound polished and professional. In order to make the best impression on our audiences and judges it is important that we look as good as we sound. It is expected that students will dress in a professional manner for all concerts. Unless instructed otherwise, students are expected to adhere to the following concert dress code.
Boys – Boys are expected to wear black dress pants, a white button down collar shirt with a black tie, black dress shoes, and black socks.
Girls – Girls are expected to wear black dress pants with a white blouse. Black dress shoes are to have a maximum heel of 1”.
Students not conforming to the dress policy may be asked to sit out of the performance. If you have trouble obtaining an appropriate outfit for your child, please let a director know well in advance of the performance. Help is available.
