Getting started & the basics
1. Schedule your initial nutrition consultation
My name is Sarah, and I'm the lead certified nutrition coach as well as one of the trainers at Boot Camp. I'm so excited that you've decided to accept the challenge!
If we haven't met yet for your initial nutrition consultation, please make sure you schedule one as soon as possible! You may do so by clicking here.
These meetings usually take 10-15 minutes, during which I will weigh you and assign you your meal plan, explain the program in detail, guide you on where to find the recipes and other nutrition info for the challenge, and answer any questions you may have. Because we want you to get a strong start to the challenge, this consult needs to be as close to your first day as possible!

Moving forward, you will be weighing in weekly with me, by appointment only, so be sure to schedule yours as soon as you have a chance. Most challengers do so for the entire 6 weeks all at once, so that they're prepped and held accountable right from the start. These weekly weigh-ins will only be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and Monday morning and evenings. They can take up to 15 minutes, and are meant to be a thoughtful check-in to focus on progress, hurdles and/or victories, and next-steps or tweaks I may assign. Please understand that these are extremely important in the overall picture of your challenge, and your success greatly depends on them. Think about it....... if you're stuck in a plateau or not losing weight, and you miss a few weigh-ins, I can't help you!

2. Request to join our private Facebook group
Please make sure you're in our private Facebook group. Simply follow the link below and request to join.
When you've been approved, please read the pinned post at the top of the page and comment that you have read and understand it.
Then, go to "files" tab, and look through all of the info I've put together......your meal plan will be there (you'll get more details after we've met for your nutrition consultation), as well as recipes, snack ideas, meal prep tips, and a ton of other info!
Check out the "announcements" tab! This is where you'll find the daily questions (and What's Cookin' Wednesday recipes), as well as the rules for earning your Las Vegas trip.
Also, be sure to check out how other challengers are posting......you can navigate your way through the selfies, check-ins, and hashtags by seeing how everyone else is doing it!
3. Download the My PT HUB app
This is an extremely useful app that will have your meal plan and recipes, as well as a place for you to log your food and keep track of your workouts. Remember.... a huge component of the challenge is accountability, and the more you make use of all the tools we provide, the better chance you have at success and making your goals!

4. Register your MyZone belt and download the app

I would be happy to give you an opportunity to try out the nutrition supplements we have available to you, explain their importance and benefits, and answer any questions you might have. Please know that with this meal plan design it is by no means mandatory to add in additional products.

My Life
I'm a fitness addict who's obsessed with pizza, french fries, and a spicy Malbec. I can also detox and eat clean like a champ, and I love teaching others how to achieve that same balance. I'm a mama of twins that are a little bit perfect with a side of crazy, and wifey to an amazing man I fell in love with when I was 17. I'm most likely a lot like you. I struggled to find balance with food and behavior choices for most of my life, and I'm a self-proclaimed "diet expert" as a result. I gained first-hand experience with the side effects and nuances of taking synthetic medications for hypothyroidism, anxiety, ADHD, and birth control, and can identify with the havoc hormonal imbalances can wreak on a body.
