Device Pick Up: New Family Information
You are able to pick up your student's GMSD issued device Monday- Friday (preferably Monday) at HHS from 7:45a.m.-2:45 p.m the week of August 8th.
First Day of School is Monday, 8/8
Students will need to login to homeroom.Grades 6-12: 8:00 AM
Grades K-15 8:15 AM
Students will complete the Pearson Orientation course on Monday.

Tuesday, August 9th: Students will be able to see their courses and begin their coursework for the semester.

Attendance Reminders
Parents please notify Ms. Carnathan if your student is absent. Attendance is taken daily. If your student is out due to illness or a medical appointment, please email:
Jodi.Carnathan@gmsdk12.org.
We are required to receive absence excuse notes or doctor's notes within 5 days of a student's absence.
- If your student misses homeroom for a reason other than illness or a doctor's appointment, please email Jodi.Carnathan@gmsdk12.org.
- If a student misses homeroom, an exit ticket will need to be submitted. Please email Ms. Carnathan for an exit ticket.
- Please complete assignments for the instructional day between the hours of 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM.
- Please login a minimum of 3.5 hours per day to be counted present.

Germantown Online Academy of Learning is a virtual school within the Germantown Municipal School District. We serve students in Grades K-12.
