School and Community Resources

May 2022

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the end of the school year, I wanted to reach out to say thanks as well as to provide links to some resources for families. First, I want to extend a hearty thank you to all the parents and caregivers of Florham Park! Our students were clearly supported so well by you during the pandemic and we so appreciate your partnership day in and day out. On behalf of all of our special service providers, school counselors, and nurses, I can say this is a great school district to serve because of the parent support!

The fact is, no one can do it alone. Whether it's this summer or during the school year, there are many resources available to you both with the schools and in the wider community if you or your child needs a little help. People are always around to help when you or your child is struggling.

I hope if you ever need help these resources are of use to you and, if not, you can always reach out to our team for support. While you may not need these resources now, I recommend you save this email so you can access it if the time ever comes--or you can share it with friends and family that may need support.

Finally, we were delighted to work with so many different parents this year, especially through our parent workshops and Lunch and Learn sessions! Please see below for a quick survey that will help us plan future parent events.

Sincerely,

Jane Steffen, M.S., M.Ed.

Director of Special Services
