We will be streaming live on our Facebook page for those who cannot attend in person: https://www.facebook.com/globaledcon/
This participatory event will feature:
* Inspirational ignite talks by noted educators and organizations working to connect classrooms
* Round-table discussions in which educators will showcase specific examples of global projects
* A global resource cool tools duel in which attendees will share the best resources and tools for creating global experiences for students
This meetup will take place at the International Society for Technology in Education Conference (ISTE). It is a free event for those interested in global collaboration who will be in the Denver, Colorado area at the end of June 2016. Please pass this information on to any potentially interested colleagues and register soon as spaces are limited! Check out our agenda for this event, and follow the Global Education Day topic on Edmodo.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to provide travel assistance to this informal meeting. Please register ONLY if you will be in Colorado at the end of June 2016.

Anyone is welcome to attend, but participants and facilitators in the ignite talks, roundtable discussions, and cool tools duel must be representing a non-profit or be a sponsor of the Global Education Conference.
