City of Dubuque Survey
Have you been negatively impacted by fines, fees – and the associated costs – as a Dubuque resident? The City of Dubuque Human Rights Department in partnership with Loras College would like to hear from you.
If you’ve had to borrow money, skip certain payments, or found yourself struggling to meet daily expenses, etc. due to fines or fees, please complete this survey. All responses will be kept confidential.
Results from the survey will help the City make equitable reforms to our fines and fee structure. This work is part of a growing national movement to examine government efficiency and the disproportionate burden financial penalties have on:
• People of color
• People living on low incomes
• People with disabilities
• People over the age of 65
• And others struggling to make ends meet
