Friendship Bread Recipe


STARTER:
3/4 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Milk
3/4 C. Flour

Mix starter ingredients together and set aside.

BREAD:
1 C. Oil
1/2 C. Milk
3 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1 Box Vanilla Pudding


Pre-heat oven to 325F.
Mix oil, milk, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly blended. Add to starter mix.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients well then add to liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 2 large, well buttered loaf pans (9 x 5)
Bake on middle rack for one hour or until tested done.
