Athletic Statement

Old Colony's return to the fields, courts, and ice in 2021 after an uncertain second half of 2020 was a benefit to our student-athletes physical, mental, and personal health. Despite the challenging times that we all live in, our student-athletes demonstrated tremendous resiliency on the playing surfaces and in the classroom.

As it was for many across the country, the 2020-21 athletic seasons posed a number of challenges and new ways of doing things. Old Colony Athletics and its student-athletes showcased the ability to remain flexible, positive, and found ways to continue competing in their sport of choice, achieve success despite the circumstances.

Fall 2 Sports 2021

Some sense of normalcy returned to the high school sports scene in 2021, as student-athletes resumed competition amid a pandemic. Our teams participated and represented Old Colony well, as we competed in an abbreviated season. A tremendous amount of effort had been and continues to be placed on social distancing, masking, sanitization, and the well-being of our student-athletes.
