Since 1988, MoASSP has annually presented a very special award at the Fall Conference to those individuals who have made significant contributions to secondary education. This award was renamed the Robert C. Howe Service to Secondary Education Award in 1995. Virgil Freeman and Roger Berkbuegler this year's recipients.
