The way you should eat healthy is that you should eat something healthy to balance out something bad that you ate, by doing that you should eat a fruit if you after you eat some ice cream...
Most of things you have now today have at least some sugar in it. So if you can't read any of the ingredients you shouldn't eat that food... So you should always look at the ingredients before you eat the food. Just to make sure there nothing that you are allergic to.
Like these cup cakes they are filled with sugar so you really shouldn't eat these all the time. So just make sure how much sugar is in the food...

If you don't eat healthy you will have a good attitude one minute, The next you are all angry at nothing.Plus if you eat unhealthy you will be more lazy & If you eat unhealthy you will be out of control. If you eat more healthy you will be willing to do things with friends.

Glitter cookies: cookie doe bake the cookies and put the frosting on and then put a bunch of edible glitter on the cookies. Then make sure you ate something healthy before you eat them...
