TEACHERS

Don't forget to get your high school pictures to the year book staff by this Friday!

Attention Student Council

Don't forget the meeting Wednesday at lunch in the library computer lab!

Your child has six minutes.

Research shows as little as 6 additional minutes of high-quality reading practice per day may help struggling readers turn into successful ones.

Deadline to register to vote in March primary is February 5th.

Project Celebration 2018

The Seniors had their PC Benefit dinner Saturday, January 27th at the Methodist Hall. If you have ever been a part of one, you understand all the work and dedication put into the event. Planning the auctions. Gathering donations. Securing the location and caterer. Making sure the tickets are sold. The list goes on.

Project Celebration also sponsors, or participates in, educational presentations about the dangers of driving under the influence, underage drinking, texting while driving, and the long term effects of drug use.

Why all the bother each year? To ensure Seniors have a safe, drug free prom or graduation night. Through education and dedication, students and parents at Granger High school pull together to make cherished memories.

Great job Seniors and Parents.

The end is near...

...of the school year is, that is. Students & Parents: Please be sure you (your student) do not have any unfulfilled obligations. It's not nagging, really. It is a gentle reminder to avoid unnecessary surprises.

Possible obligations: laptop insurance, bills carried over from last year, lunch bill, lost books or other borrowed items, FCCLA fees, club dues, athletic dues. Your understanding is appreciated.
