Important Dates to Note:

May 24th thru May 27th - Middle School Science Trip

May 30th - Memorial Day Holiday - No School

June 1st - Spring Concert and Art Auction K - 8th Grade- Bozeman Senior Center, 5:30 p.m.

June 2nd - Mile Run for all students at the MSU track, 9:15-10:30 ~ Parents are encouraged to come and cheer.

June 7th - 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony @ Mt. Ellis Academy Chapel, 6:30 p.m.

June 8th - K/1 Graduation 3:30 p.m.

June 9th - Last Day of School. Hot dog barbecue lunch. 12:00 dismissal.

Spring Concert and Art Auction

The spring concert and art auction will be held on Wednesday, June 1st 5:30 p.m. at Bozeman Senior Center, 807 N. Tracy Ave. The kindergartners through 8th grade will perform their spring concert. All students have participated in creating art pieces to be live auctioned during this event. All proceeds will support the art program for next school year. If you are interested in volunteering at the art auction we will need assistance with setup at 4:00 p.m. or stay to cleanup. Please email Jennifer Duneman if you are able to help at

8th Grade Promotion Ceremony

June 7th at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel at Mount Ellis Academy. Fourth through seventh grade band will play at the ceremony and all students will need to arrive by 6:15 p.m. in concert dress code, please no jeans.

K/1 Graduation

K/1 Graduation will be held on Wednesday, June 8th at 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. K-1 Students will perform for their parents and receive diplomas in celebration of a successful school year. All are invited to attend.

Last Day of school - June 9th

Field day and picnic~ mid-day dismissal, no after school program. Students will be assigned picnic items to bring. Families are encouraged to attend!

Student Reminders

Please have students dress in layers and bring a jacket for the unpredictable spring weather.

Big Sky Resort ~ Mountain Biking Camp


Big Sky Resort's Youth Downhill Mountain Bike Program is aimed at youth aged 8-17 with experience on a mountain bike.

Lost and Found

Parents please check in the lost and found bin for lost items, it is bursting at the seams! Parents are asked to label their children’s clothing for easy identification.

Box Tops & Labels for Education Program

We participate in Labels for Education and the Box Tops for Education™ programs. Please send clipped labels to school with your child as you collect them and I will submit them. Sign up at to get coupons and stay updated on our school’s earnings. Money raised from Box Tops is used by the Parent Group to fund projects at the school and Labels earnings can be used by the teachers to get supplies for the classroom. Thanks for helping!
