Students Build Projects for Preschoolers
Stevenson Middle School students visited two classrooms at Stottlemyer Early Childhood Center. The middle school students designed and built four busy boards and two sensory tables for the preschool students. The preschool students enjoyed the different tactile touches on the board, including the lights and door stoppers.
Before their visit to Stottlemyer, the middle school students spent the day at Eastern Michigan University working with engineering students who helped them build their projects. Thank you to EMU, who funded this project.
