  • PLC Expectations- Decide on roles in PLC’s- Turn in roles per grade level PLC and establish day for grade level PLC
  • Grade Co-Leaders and Department Heads will ensure the following
          • Leaders will provide support for the PLC’s
          • Agendas are generated and emailed in advance
          • Review norms EVERY meeting
          • Ensure everything we do is focused on What’s Best for Kids and Paredes PRIDE.
          • Constant communications between PLC and admin
  • System for Conflict Resolution- Staff
      • If you can professionally communicate with the person please do so if not then
        • ALWAYS assume the best of intentions
          • Keep the issue private
            • Report to admin for perspective or assistance
